Dawn Sambrano and Brad Herwig, both of Cherokee, were united in marriage on Dec. 20. The ceremony took place at the Cherokee County Courthouse. Sambrano's children - Jess Sambrano, Nick Keith, Katie Sambrano, and Michael Herwig - gave the bride away in marriage.

Dawn is currently working for Liberty Foods and Brad works for George Construction.

A celebration/Christmas party took place at the couple' s home on Dec 21.
