Chad and Lia Clausen of Holstein are pleased to announce the birth of their son. Jacob Walter Clausen was born on Dec. 19, 2007 at 11:24 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs. and 14 oz. and measured 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Gail and Gen Aikey of Charles City and Laurence and Darlene Clausen of Ida Grove.
