The visiting Trojans jumped out to a 17-11 halftime lead and then went on a 20-8 scoring spurt in the third quarter to put the game away.
Alyssa Martin and Heather Joslin paced the Pirates' scoring with 10 points each, and Lindsey Joslin added five.
Heather Joslin registered a double-double in the game, also leading her team in rebounds with 10, whil Breanna Mathes grabbed nine, Martin six, and Brea Slaybaugh five.
The Pirates sank just 13-55 field goals for a meager 24 percent, and meshed 8-14 free throws. O-A made just 17-59 shots for 29 percent, and cashed in 16-26 free throws.
"We came out with some rust from the three days off and didn't get much going offensively," said G-H coach Ken Slater of his team that was plagued by 24 turnovers. "O-A executed very well in the half court and outplayed us in the second and third quarters which led to a big lead we could not overcome."
