Dr. Daniel Gillette

Dr. Daniel Gillette, the most recent Superintendent of the Mental Health Institute in Cherokee, has been appointed to the position again, and resumed his employment on March 3.

Gillette, a Child Psychiatry specialist, left the MHI several months ago to take new employment in Sioux Falls. He found he missed the work in Cherokee, however, and applied for the stiil-vacant Superintendent's position, which had been filled on a temporary basis by MHI's Business Manager Tony Morris.

Morris has returned to his former position with the hiring of Gillette.
