Parents of the couple are Donald and Dixie Trevarthen of Blair, Neb. and David and Lorene Smith of Cherokee.
Honored guests included the couple's grandparents, Donald and Gayleene Brown, Donna Grell and Peter and Mavis Smith.
Serving the bride as the Maid of Honor were Alyssa Rewerts of Blair, Neb. Bridesmaids included Stephanie Brabec of Omaha, Neb. and Tracie Uit DeFlesch of Des Moines, all the brides' best friends.
Serving the groom as Best Man was Tyler Klotz of Des Moines. Groomsmen included Josh Lauridsen of Dubuque and Darrin Cantrell of Lincoln, Neb., all the best friends of the groom.
Ushers for the ceremony included Jimmy Trevarthen and Matt Trevarthen, both brothers of the bride and Justin Hansen, friend of the couple.
Personal attendant for the bride was Beth Hansen. Hosts were Richard and Barb Dorr. Candle lighter for the ceremony included Deidre Sadall.
The reception that followed the ceremony was held at Schwerlley Hall in Ft. Calhoun Neb.
Decorating and flower were provided by Lorene Smith and decorating and food provided by Dixie Trevarthen.
Breakfast buffet for the wedding party was held at Don and Dixie's home on Sunday with the bride and groom opening gifts afterwards.
Robyn is a 2000 graduate of Blair High School in Blair, Neb. and graduated in 2006 from Wayne State College in Wayne, Neb. and earned a BS in Early Childhood and is currently employed with Information Technology Inc.
Alex is a 2002 graduate of Washington High School in Cherokee and a 2006 graduate of Wayne State College in Wayne, Neb. and earned a BS in Computer Information System Networking and Business. He is currently employed with Information Technology Inc.
Robyn and Alex spent their Honeymoon at The Sandles Resort in Antiqua.
The couple are now living and working in Lincoln, Neb.
