Lugar was fifth in the open 110-meter hurdles in 15.99, and Koch finished seventh with a 16.36 clocking. Koch also was sixth in the Class B high jump with a 6-0 effort.

The Braves rang up two fifth-place finishes in the relays, with the 4x100 relay of Lugar, Koch, Steve Veit, and Schuett timed in 46.21 in the stiff competition; and the 4x400 relay of Lugar, Dan Bieber, Philip Bieber, and Luke Pearson clocking a 3:38.40.

Erica Nicholson finished 10th in the 1500 meters in 5:21.73, and Alison Husman was fifth in the long jump with a 16-4 leap.
