FONDA - The Aurelia High School Boys competed in a triangular golf match against Pocahontas Area and Pomeroy-Palmer on Thursday April 24, a match hosted by Pomeroy-Palmer on the Fonda course.

Pocahontas Area won the match, posting a team score of 157. The Bulldogs were second with a 171 score, and Pomeroy-Palmer shot 200.

Nick Felten led the Aurelia golfers with a round of 40, followed by Greg Kolpin (42) Jarrett Heubrock (44) and Camrin Meyer (45). Dalton Jones also shot a 47 and Nick Hirschman a 48, scores which were not applied to the team score.

JV players Kody Pinkerton, Travis Otto, and Zach Nixon shot rounds of 51, 52 and 57, respectively.
