Jaime Christensen had another good outing on the mound for G-H, giving up two unearned runs on six hits, while walking two and striking out one in seven innings of work.

"We still must continue to work hard as we try to progress on improving from game to game," said the veteran coach. "We must also work on being consistent at the plate from game to game."
Erin Laursen pitched for the Bulldogs, allowing three runs on seven hits with one walk and four strike outs.
Audrey Winterhof led Bulldog hitters with a 2-4 night, including a triple, and scored one run. Courtney Bruce, Kristun Tabler, Amanda Felten and Amber Loucks each had one hit for the Bulldogs.
Aurelia coach Jason Heeren said the game was "a well-played game by both teams defensively. We knew if we were going to hang with teams, we were going to have to make all of our defensive plays. Offensively, we came back and tied it up (in the fifth inning).
"We have to be smarter on the base paths, so we don't lose any opportunities to score more runs. We are hitting the ball much better, so keeping runners and getting them into scoring position is crucial for us if we want to finish games on top."
