Archery Club members excel

YANKTON, S.D. - The Full Draw Archery Club of Cherokee had several members compete at the 2008 NFAA 3-D Nationals held recently in Yankton, S.D.

Three Full Draw Archery Club members brought home awards from the national tournament, including Nathan Johnson of Cherokee, second in the Cubs age 11 and under Freestyle Class; Josh Weber of Peterson, third in the Men's Bowhunter Freestyle Class; and Dan Irwin of Pierson, Champion of the Men's Bowhunter Freestyle Limited Class.

Other FDAC of Cherokee members competing in the tournament were Bruce Johnson, Wally Miller Sr., Bill Farence, Shane Claussen, and Terry Jaramuzek.
