Katie Lynn Robinson and James Joseph Leonard were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. on July 19, 2008, at the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Cherokee. Rev. Ethan Sayler officiated the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Jim and Ann Robinson of Cherokee and Wally and Konnie Leonard of Cherokee.

Serving the bride as the Maid of Honor was Sara Robinson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids included the groom's sisters Beth Leonard and Lynn Leonard and Allison Irwin and Andrea Tuttle, both friends of the couple. Serving as flower girl was Abby Oehlerking, niece of the bride.

Personal attendants for the bride were her sister, Beth Oehlerking and the couple's friend, Bekka Maas.

Serving the groom as Best Man was the couple's friend, Nate Patterson.

Groomsmen were Matt Wilson, Brandon Carlson, Mike Feser and Mike Burkhardt, all friends of the couple. Serving as ring bearer was the bride's nephew Isaac Robinson.

Ushers for the ceremony were Brock Campbell, Korey Stephens, both friends of the couple, and the bride's brother-in-law, Todd Oehleking.

Candle lighters were Peyton Robinson, nephew of the bride, and Claire Thompson, cousin of the groom.

Guest book attendants were Mollie Tjelmeland, Abby Bierman and Jen Voss, all friends of the couple.

Host and Hostess were Jen and Bill Boger, cousins of the bride, plus Darwin and Carmen Henke, the groom's uncle and aunt.

Pianist was the couple's friend, Betty Point and Samatha Koch, friend of the couple was the Soloist during the ceremony.

Her parents Jim and Ann Robinson gave the bride away in marriage.

A reception followed at the Cherokee Country Club.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Washington High School and earned her B.S. degree in Education with a double major in elementary and special education from the University of South Dakota in 2008. She is currently employed at Central Public Schools in Norwood Young America, Minn. teaching K-5 Special Education.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Washington High School and earned his B.S. degree in Education majoring in Physical Education and minors in health and coaching. He is currently employed at Central Public Schools in Norwood Young America, Minn. teaching K-5 Physical Education.

The couple plans are to move to Hamburg, Minn.
