One wild plant

Wednesday, August 20, 2008

(Photo)
Evelyn Sands of Cherokee planted a Cherry Tomato plant last May that a friend gave her. To her surprise the little plant grew to encompass half her flower bed and made it difficult to put her vehicle into her garage. The size of the plant is unexplainable, and no chemicals or fertilizers were used. Sands said that the only thing she had done to the plant is "water it once in a while." Photo by Mike Leckband
