CORRECTIONVILLE - Boyer Valley slammed River Valley 46-0 in non-district football action here on Sept. 5th, scoring at least one touchdown in every quarter.
Derek Green led the BV team with TD runs of 76 and 54 yards, totaling 163 rushing yards on seven carries in the process. Ryan Schaben rushed 13 times for 120 yards for the ground-oriented winners.
For River Valley, the offense never got untracked against the 2-0 Boyer Valley squad. Sam Lundt was the leading rusher for the Wolverines with nine carries for 29 yards. Tyrel McCrea rushed three times for 18 yards.

Wolverine quarterback Zach Hullinger was 8-20 passing for 171 yards and two interceptions. Leading RV receivers were Austin Hansen with five catches for 119 yards, and Anthony Volkert three catches for 52 yards.
On defense for River Valley, Dilly Pansegrau had six tackles, while Hansen and Ethan Todd registered five apiece.
