The staff at Community Services in Cherokee recently decided that, rather than give Christmas gifts to each other this year, they would give gifts to the CAASA House instead, and they invited other agencies to do the same, if they chose.

The staff and clients of Cherry House and staff members from The Pride Group and Cherokee County Work Services decided to join in, and as a result, a variety of items will be going to the CAASA House this year, for the use of the residents and their children.

Some of the gifts include frozen meat, children's books and craft activities, children's snacks, toiletries, diapers, boxed foods, coffee, hot chocolate mix, gift cards, garbage bags and laundry soap.
