Bakker benefit dinner

Careage Hills is sponsoring a benefit dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cherokee Community Center on Feb. 15 for Dale "Junior" Bakker who is in Mercy Hospital in Sioux City following and accident at home on Jan. 6.

The proceeds will be used to help defray medical expenses. An account has been set up at Cherokee State Bank to donate for Junior and his family.
