Four Hy-Vee drivers at the Cherokee Distribution Center recently achieved the one Million-Mile Consecutive award.

Mark Horton, Tim Johnson, Bryon Raper and Steve Rohlk are the four drivers who received the one Million-Mile Award along with gold tractors.

Currently Cherokee Hy-Vee Distribution Center has 13 drivers who have received this milestone.

The Hy-Vee Distribution in Chariton has 45 drivers that have received Gold trucks. This gives Hy-Vee 58 total Million Mile Drivers. Of the 58 drivers, two Chariton drivers have achieved the two million-miles consecutive in which they were honored with Black trucks. These are accident free consecutive miles.

The Hy-Vee ambassadors of the road are those who travel the highways of Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota and Nebraska. These gentlemen have done their jobs above and beyond the call of duty. Hy-Vee recognizes their exemplary performance with the Annual Road of Gold Banquet honoring them for accumulating safe driving miles. Hy-Vee management is proud of this distinguished group of people and praise them for the contribution they make to keep their company successful and our highways safe. The drivers work all hours, day and night.
