The buffet line will begin at 6:30 PM. While dinner is finishing up everyone will be able to view a very riveting clip from the internet that will shock and amaze you. The program will begin at 7:00PM.
Cherokee Area Economic Development Corporation will kick off the recognition part of the banquet by presenting certificates to new businesses, remodels, expansions, moves and changes in ownership of businesses. The following organizations will be recognizing businesses or individuals for their commitment to Cherokee County and their community: Cherokee Area Economic Development Corporation, Aurelia Economic Development Corporation, City of Cleghorn, Cherokee Industrial Corporation, City of Quimby, Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, Business and Professional Women, City of Washta, Marcus for Progress, Cherokee County Farm Bureau, and the City of Cherokee.
Our featured speaker for this year is a renowned entertainer how travels the United States and beyond to spread her gift of laughter and optimism. T. Marni Vos will make you laugh and cry at the same time. You may tune in on March 5th to the Cherokee Connection to hear give you a little preview of what you will enjoy when you come to the banquet.
