The Cherokee County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday for the regular meeting at the lower level of the Cherokee County Courthouse.
Among items on the Board's agenda was the meeting with Cherokee County Engineer Dave Shanahan.
Shanahan discussed spring projects that his department would soon be starting on. Shanahan also reported that the Aurelia bridge project on 560th Street would soon be completed. According to Shanahan, 80 percent of the project is completed.
The Board then met with Cherokee County Recorder Dawn Jones Coombs. Coombs presented the Board with her department's 2009 Quarterly Report and after the presentation the Board accepted the report.
The Board also accepted the Cherokee County Sheriff's 2009 Quarterly Report presented by Barb Staver of the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office.
Being no further business the board adjourned the meeting.
