Ronald Neil Hartliep, 83, passed away May 22, 2009. Friends may call at the Chapel from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, at East Lawn Palms Cemetery at 5801 E. Grant Road in Tucson, Ariz. 85712. An internment service will immediately follow.
He was born Feb. 11, 1936 in Spirit Lake to Neil and Frieda Hartliep, who preceded him in death.
Ronald was a former resident of Cherokee, graduating from Washington High School in 1954 and has been a resident of Tucson, Ariz. since 1976.
He is survived by Mary, his wife of 52 years, and daughters Rhonda Hartliep of Littleton, Colo.; and Kerry (Kent) Dorsey of Tucson; and sons Brian (Renae) Hartliep of Tucson and Bradley Hartliep of Fort Worth, Texas.
He is also survived by five granddaughters; Tracy Dorsey (Jason) Robbins, Adrian Dorsey, and Harley, Dakota and Montana Hartliep.
He also leaves behind three brothers: Phil of Roxton, Texas; Maurice of Arthur City, Texas and Glen of Fairmont, Minn.; along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many other extended family members.
