Cherokee Regional Medical Center has been proudly serving the Cherokee area since 1916. The world of healthcare is constantly changing, and over the years CRMC has strived to keep up with those changes. The latest phase of renovations and construction is nearing completion, and CRMC invites you to an Open House on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. -- 1:30 p.m.
The tour will start in the new main lobby (across from the Beck) with employees stationed throughout the new areas to direct visitors to the next newly constructed or remodeled area. The areas that are included in the Open House are:
Beautiful new main entrance with a chapel.
A new Specialty Clinic area, with new exam rooms and an Oncology area that was partially made possible through a generous donation from Robert and Joanne Lundquist.
New Surgery pre-op and office area.
Physical Therapy area with large rehab area and therapy pool, complete with a submerged treadmill.
Completely remodeled Radiology area, including the new women's area, state-of-the-art CT scanner, and in-house MRI.
Conference room with the latest in electronics.
Refreshments will be served in the conference room at the end of the tour. Please stop and let the CRMC staff show you what there is to offer right here at your local hospital.
