Cherokee Swim Team coach Jodi B. Mongan said, "This meet brought the team to the half way point of their season. With over 50 swimmers competing each week, the team is looking forward to their big conference meet at the end of the season, where they will take on the 10 other teams in their conference. Numbers play a big role at that meet, but fast swimming is also very important; so the team will continue to practice hard as they finish out their season."
