Stanley C. Andreasen, 89, of Fremont, died at a Lincoln, Nebraska Care Center Wednesday night.

Services were held today at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church. Rev. Lee Forman and Rev. Walter Hickman officiating. Visitation was held Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Dugan Funeral Chapel with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There has been a memorial established to the First Baptist Church. He was born March 17, 1920 in Orum, Neb., and was raised in the Herman-Orum area. He attended Rose Hill High School, and moved to Fremont in 1938. Stanley served in the Army in World War II and then returned to Fremont. He married Mildred McGee Sept. 30, 1945 in Fremont. Stanley was co-owner of Andy's Garage with his Father Emanuel and his brother Kenneth for 42 years, until 1981. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Stanley is survived by his wife Mildred.; three sons, Steve Andreasen and his wife Sharon of Cherokee, David Andreasen and his wife Marilynn of Lincoln; and Douglas Andreasen and his wife Di of Knoxville, Tenn; six Grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
