Supervisors transfer funds

At Tuesday's regular meeting of the Cherokee County Board of Supervisors, the Board approved an inter-fund operating transfer of funds, in the amount of $685,500, from the Rural Basic Fund to the Secondary Road Fund.

In other business, the Board heard from Cherokee County Community Services Director Lisa Langlitz, who presented a five-year budget projection for the Board's review andalso reported on the success of the Cherokee County Residential Service program.

The Board then approved all claims for payment and there being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
