Heschkes to celebrate 60th anniversary

Harold and Bev Heschke were united in marriage on December 19, 1949 in Storm Lake, and will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on December 26, with a Christmas Dinner and Anniversary Celebration with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The couple have four children - Larry Heschke of Cherokee; Pam and her husband Mike Cronin, of Cleghorn; Duane and his wife Jo Heschke, of Aurelia; and Twyla and her husband Kevin Schmillen, of Cherokee.

Their grandchildren and great-grandchildren are Kim and her husband Nate Galles and their children, Jacob, Avery and Grant, of Fort Dodge; Angela and her husband John Meredith and their children, Dylan and Emma, of Lake View; Lane Jones of Rembrandt; Jenna and her husband Mike Bergendahl and their children, Ethan and Maddison, of Cleghorn; Kris and her husband Luke Fleener of Fort Dodge; Kelly Heschke of Gilbert, Arizona; Kathy and her husband Mike Leach and their child, Jayleen, of Cherokee; Dustin and his wife Holly Schmillen and their child, Alivia, of Hartley; Tara and her husband Brandon Wise, of Waterloo; and they are expecting three more great- grandchildren this summer.
