Jeff Bowen accepts a plaque designating him as Aurelia's 2010 Citizen of the Year at Monday's Commercial Club Kickoff Dinner.Bowen is an Aurelia native and has been a businessman for several years, first with his own plumbing business and for several years as owner and operator of the international business, Geo-Loop, Inc.
