Cherokee's Kyle Schuck, a 6-2, 190 lb. wide receiver, has signed a letter of intent to play football for Morningside College in Sioux City. A multi-sport standout for the Braves and a two time All-District football player, Schuck earned first-team Des Moines Register and second-team INA Class 2A all-state honors for the Braves' 2009 state playoff team. He also punted and returned kicks for Cherokee. Pictured here with Schuck are, left to right, his parents, Steve and Barb Schuck, Morningside assistant coach Dan Carpenter and Cherokee football coach Neil Phipps. Photo contributed
