In response to the damage suffered by many trees and shrubs from this winter's snow and ice storms, Cherokee County Extension is sponsoring a Landscape Tree Pruning Workshop on March 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 pm.
The workshop will focus on proper pruning techniques of storm damaged trees and shrubs as well as regular pruning to sustain and improve the health and appearance of a tree/shrub. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
The workshop is being held in Cherokee County Extension office at 209 Centennial, Suite A in Cherokee. Participants are asked to preregister before March 24, by calling 712-225-6196. There is no charge to attend.
