Last year's brunch and raffling off of various purses was quite a success so the group decided to pursue the adventure once more.
The brunch will take place on Saturday, March 20 at Faith Lutheran Church social hall from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The cost of the tickets is $6. Along with beverage of coffee and juice, they will serve plenty of goodies to enjoy while attendees may browse over the purses before the Chinese auction begins.
There will be at least a dozen purses up for grabs in many colors, styles and sizes. There is plenty of time to look each over carefully. Tickets for the auction sell for $3 each or two for $5. Purchasers will write their names on the ticket and place it by the purse they prefer.
One may purchase tickets from PEO members or at the Farmers Sate Bank. Members selling tickets are: Gloria Geerdes, Nancy Hier, Barb Knutson, Deb Mayer, Kathy Ogren, Sue Pearson, Pastor Liz Pfeifle, Mavis Diment, Shelly Steffen, Cindy Stevenson, Jan Drefke, Gloria Strub and Margaret Heeren.
