The Cherokee Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) clinic is scheduled for Thursday, May 6 in the upper level of the Cherokee Community Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You must come to the WIC clinic to receive your WIC checks.
The Cherokee Clinic serves clients in Marcus, Cleghorn, Meriden, Larrabee, Quimby, Washta, Aurelia, Cherokee and surrounding areas.
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, commonly known as WIC helps families by providing nutrition education, health screenings, and checks to purchase nutritious foods at local grocery stores.
