Tale of 'Peter Rabbit' in Arnolds Park Saturday

ARNOLDS PARK - The Iowa RockNRoll Music Museum is welcoming five original members of DeeJay & the Runaways to tell "The Tale of Peter Rabbit." at their "Third Saturday at the Museum" event to be held on Saturday, May 15 at 1 p.m. The museum is located next to the Amusement Park in Arnolds Park.

Denny Storey, Gary Lind, Bob Godfredsen, Denny Kintzi and John Senn will hold a panel discussion about how they met, formed the band, and came to record the national hit song "Peter Rabbit." The band toured theUnited States and Canada and was featured on the Dick Clark show "Where the Action Is."

An informal question and answer session will be included and refreshments will be served. There is no admission charge to be part of this fun and interesting "Tale of Peter Rabbit" at the museum.

'Third Saturday' offers the public the opportunity to meet and chat with people involved in all aspects of the music industry in Iowa and beyond. The Music Museum is open Wednesday through Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. , with the summer schedule of being open 7 days a week beginning at the end of May.
