Raptor boys edge Westwood in extra innings, 4-3

HOLSTEIN -- The Ridge View Raptors topped Westwood of Sloan in Friday night Western Valley Conference baseball action here. In a game that was tight all game long, the Raptors' Heath Clark drove in Joe Tokheim in the bottom of the 8th inning to pull out a 4-3 win.

Seth Johnson pitched 7+ innings for Ridge View, giving up three runs on seven hits. Johnson k'ed three batters. Josh Mohr pitched the final inning, allowing one hit and no runs and picking up the win. Heath Clark was 2 for 3 for the Raptors. Gabe Wingert and Chad Walker were each 2 for 4 for Westwood.

Ridge View coach Shannon Tesch said, "We played well in every facet of this game -great pitching, good defense, and timely hitting. Seth Johnson and Josh Mohr both pitched very well. Heath Clark came up big with two hits in the game, including the game winner."
