Cherokee Symphony to present Fall Pops Concert

The Cherokee Symphony will perform its Fall Pops Concert on Sunday, October 31.

Maestro Lee Thorson and the Cherokee symphony will be performing: March of the Scaffold by Hector Berlioz, Funeral March of a Marionette by Charles Gounod, Pumpkin Eater's Little Fugue by Robert McBride, Symphonic Suite from the Lord of the Rings by Howard Shore, Pavane pour une infant defunte by Maurice Ravel, and an Irish Suite by Leroy Anderson.

As always, Symphony concerts are performed at the Cherokee Community Center. Concert time is 4 p.m. on Sunday October 31. Admission is by season ticket or $10 for adults. Children and students are admitted free. Popcorn and punch will again be served at this popular first Concert.
