Cedar home on 'Tour'

Thursday, December 2, 2010

Karin Cedar is delighted with the built-in buffet in their dining room. Their dining room was the first thing that motivated them to purchased this home. The buffett has leaded glass doors, a beveled mirror and a stained glass window above it. The large windows in the home make a perfect place for their Christmas tree. The tour of homes sponsored by Cherokee T.T.T. Chapter FV is this Sunday, Dec. 5 from 1-4 p.m. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased from any member, local bank, HyVee Gift's, and Paula's Hair Design. Homes on tour, in addition to the Josh Cedar home, are Ardyce Skaggs, Paula Burch, Keith and Joan Ballantyne, and Kent and Kathy Schmillen. Photo contributed
