2nd half lifts L-B past Ridge View

LAWTON - Trailing 26-25 at halftime, the Lawton-Bronson boys came roaring out of the chute in the second half to outscore Ridge View 40-14 and claim a resounding 65-40 Western Valley Conference basketball win here Thursday night.

Isaiah Miller led the Ridge View boys with a game-high 22 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double performance, and also had three blocked shots in a superb effort. Josh Mohr added nine points to the Raptors' cause.

Daniel Oehlerking paced the host Eagles with 20 points, while Jesse Baldwin tallied 16, and Austin Lefler 11.

"It was a good first half for us. Second half not so good," said Ridge View coach Shannon tesch. "Lawton-Bronson made some good adjustments and we didn't. I'm looking forward to getting back to practice tomorrow to work on some things."

The 0-3 Raptors host Ar-We-Va Tuesday in Schaller, and host Sioux Central Friday in Schaller.
