The Cherokee County ISU Extension and the Cherokee County 4-H Council are partnering together to accept donated new or gently used kids winter coats, snow pants, hats, and mittens to be dropped off at the Cherokee County Extension Council Office from now until Dec. 22. The 4-H Council will then sort and organize the winter clothing before taking it up to Mid Sioux the first week in January.
Help the Cherokee area youth keep their heads, hearts and hands warm and help them to stay healthy this winter by donating new kid's winter gear or clean and gently used coats, snow pants, hats, and mittens.
This is a great community service project sponsored by the Cherokee County 4-H Council and Cherokee County ISU Extension. Please contact the Cherokee County Extension if you have any questions at 712-225-6196.
