This holiday season, make a difference by giving the gift of life! Donating blood takes about an hour and is a simple way to give an amazing gift to hospital patients in need. It is especially important to donate blood during this time of year, as poor weather conditions and busy holiday schedules can often lead to a decrease in the number of blood donations which could lead to a potential blood shortage.
Please plan to give the gift of life at the Cherokee Community Blood Drive on Tuesday, Dec. 28 from noon to 6 p.m. The drive will be held at the Cherokee Community Center at 530 W. Bluff and is sponsored by Cherokee Community.
