The Pilot Rock Chapter of NSDAR recently presented two of Dr. Rudolph Daniels' books to the Marcus and M-C libraries.

The book titled 'Sioux City Trains' was presented by Regent Peggy Corrington to Caryn Barry, library aide from the Marcus library.

Lois Alquist, M-C librarian, accepted the book 'Trains across the Continent' from Regent Corrington.

Dr. Daniels spoke at the Cherokee Depot in November. The next meeting for the Pilot Rock Chapter will be Saturday, Jan. 8. Officers are to meet in the home of Roberta Klingborg at 9:30 a.m. to work on the master questionnaire.

Officers and committee chair unable to be at the meeting should turn in their master questionnaire reports to Peggy Corrington before Jan. 8.

The chapter will meet at Danny's Sport Spot for their regular meeting at 11:30 a.m. Program this month will be DAR Quiz Cards presented by Roberta Klingborg.

The hostesses for the meeting will be Barbara Ivarson and Dee Taylor. If you are interested in becoming a member please contact Regent Peggy Corrington, 225-4035.
