Extension sponsors educational opportunity

Wednesday, March 2, 2011

You know how good it feels when your house is clean? It feels just as good when your personal financial and business papers are well organized.

Cherokee and Buena Vista County Extension offices are sponsoring this educational opportunity to help you achieve that goal in your life.

This program will be presented by Jan Burk, ISU Family Resource Management Field Specialist on Tuesday, March 22 at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. held at the Cherokee County Extension Conference room and again at 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Buena Vista County Extension office.

The presentation will include guidelines and strategies for getting this area of your life in order. Well organized financial and business files can help you save time and money.

There will be a $5 cost per person to cover materials and snacks. Pre-registration is required by Friday, March 18. Decide what presentation, either the morning or afternoon time frame that works for you, and pre-register by calling Cherokee County Extension at 225-6196 for the morning session or Buena Vista County Extension at 732-5056 for the afternoon session.

You may also pre-register by email to the Program Coordinator at meusburg@iastate.edu.
