Blood donations from volunteer blood donors have a major impact on the lives of hospital patients in your community. More than 38,000 people need donated blood every day and because there is no substitute for human blood, it must be donated by volunteer blood donors.
You can make a difference by making a life-saving blood donation blood at the next Cherokee Community Blood Drive. The blood drive will take place on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from noon to 6 p.m. in the Cherokee Community Center, 530 W. Bluff.
