Aurelia student earns gold at Ames

Shelby Bechtel, a 7th grade student at Aurelia Community School, earned a gold medal in the 250 meter modified cycling event at the Special Olympics

Summer Games held May 26-28 at Iowa State University in Ames.

Shelby thanks her family and friends for their continued support. Way to go Shelby!
