LAWTON - The Ridge View boys lost a first round Western Valley Conference Tournament game, 8-4, to a good Logan-Magnolia team here on Tuesday.

Ridge View coach Shannon Tesch was disappointed in his team's defense. While saying that L-M was a very good team, he further noted that the Raptors, who committed five errors," kicked the ball around in this one and gave away too many runs."

Heath Clark, Kris Alesch and Greg Davis each had a hit for Ridge View, whose record dropped to 16-9 on the season and 11-3 in conference play with the loss. Alesch took the loss on the mound, as he went the distance, allowing four earned runs on nine hits, while striking out six and walking one.

The Raptors played IKM-Manning (15-5) in Wednesday night's consolation game, as the Bulldogs fell to Lawton-Bronson, 15-0, in Tuesday's other first-round match-up.

Lawton-Bronson (26-4) and Logan-Magnolia (19-2) played for the tournament championship in Wednesday's second game.
