SAC CITY - The Ridge View Raptors baseball squad scored seven runs in the first two innings and rode the one-hit pitching of Kris Alesch to an 8-0 win over East Sac County here on Thursday.

Alesch had a no-hitter through 5 2/3 innings before East Sac's Marcus Stoltenberg broke it up with a single to left field. Alesch finished with a one-hit shutout, walking two and fanning eight.

Joe Tokheim, Austin Graff, and Kyle Wessling had two hits apiece for Ridge View.

Ridge View coach Shannon Tesch said, "East Sac County is a good team. It was nice to see us play so well against a quality opponent."

The Ridge View Raptors are 16-8 on the season, 11-3 in the Western Valley Conference, and qualified for the Western Valley Conference Tournament in Lawton.

Four teams qualify for the Championship Series, two from each division. Lawton-Bronson and Ridge View were the North Division representatives and Logan-Magnolia and IKM-Manning represented the South Division.
