A memorial service will be held Friday, September 30, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, located at 534 W. Iowa Avenue, Nampa, Idaho, 83686.

Of Norwegian descent, a couple of Aldie's favorite sayings were "Uff-da!" and "Ja." Family and friends alike will miss her famous potato salad, tuna noodle casserole, baked corn, and taverns. Aldie enjoyed family gatherings and cooking for all her loved ones, especially in her own kitchen that was always filled with decorative roosters!

Not only is Aldie survived by her husband, Myron Ludwig, of Nampa, Idaho and their four children: B.J. (Katy) Ludwig, Bryan (Donna) Ludwig, Brenda (Pat) Coop, and Brant (Joanne) Ludwig, all in the Boise, Idaho area, but also her mother, Alfaria Jacobson, and siblings: Arlen Jacobson, Julie (Dennis) Tryon, and Lana (Andreas) Kaupert all of the Eugene, Oregon area.
