The Cherokee City Council recently approved a series of resolutions moving forward the proposal to issue General Obligation Notes, not to exceed $250,000, to partner with the Cherokee Industrial Corporation for the purchase of the Olhausen Mobile Home Park in Cherokee, the relocation of its tenants, and clean-up and development of the 7-acre property for future commercial/light industrial development.
