SIOUX CITY -- Two Cherokee men have pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges, according to District Court documents filed here this week.
Donald Coffey, 23, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Sioux City to one count each of possessing child pornography and accessing with intent to view child pornography.
Justin Slattery, 26, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child pornography.
The men admitted that in November 2010 they possessed depictions of child pornography on a memory card.
A sentencing date has not been set.
As part of a plea agreement, Coffey agreed to a 12-year prison sentence, and Slattery agreed to a seven-year sentence.
