Stevenson, Covatto exchange vows

Brooklyn Marie Stevenson and Jeffrey Todd Covatto were united in marriage on November 12, 2011 at Trinity Lutheran Church in rural Marcus with Pastor Don Meyer officiating the 3 p.m. ceremony.

Brooklyn is the daughter of Dave & Cindy Stevenson of Marcus and granddaughter of Bud and Dorothy Clow of Cherokee. Jeffrey is the son of Merchey & Judy Covatto of Erie, Pennsylvania.

Emily Taylor, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Bethany Lee and Jennifer Johnson, sisters of the bride; Rachel Monen, friend of the bride; Ann Marie Pirnat, sister of the groom and Shelby Scouten, cousin of the groom. Jenna, Jaclyn and Kendra Johnson, all nieces of the bride, served as her personal attendants. Jadelyn Lee, niece of the bride and Charlotte Pirnat, niece of the groom, served as flower girls.

Best Man was Matt Jeglinski, friend of the groom, and serving as groomsmen were Donny Knepper, cousin of the groom, Kyle Pirnat, brother-in-law of the groom, and Dave Lee and Ed Johnson, brothers-in-law of the bride. Evan Johnson and Treyton Lee, nephews of the bride, and Beau Pirnat, nephew of the groom, served as ringbearers.

Following the ceremony, a reception and dance were held at the Marcus Community Center, and the couple also had a post-nuptial reception in Erie, Pennsylvania on November 26, 2011.

The couple reside in Erie, Pennsylvania, and Brooklyn is employed as a training coordinator and developer at an aviation company, while Jeff is an assistant golf professional at a country club.
