WIC clinic held Feb. 8

The Cherokee WIC clinic is scheduled for Feb. 8, Wednesday, in the upper level of the Cherokee Community Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You must come to the WIC clinic to receive your WIC checks. If you need an appointment and do not have one, please call 712-225-3322 or 800-859-2025 to schedule an appointment.

The Cherokee Clinic serves clients in Marcus, Cleghorn, Meriden, Larrabee, Quimby, Washta, Aurelia, Cherokee and surrounding areas. The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, commonly known as WIC helps families by providing nutrition education, health screenings, and checks to purchase nutritious foods at local grocery stores.
