For the 29th consecutive year, the Agri-Business Committee of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce is offering a scholarship for graduating seniors. This year, one $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who resides in Cherokee County. This scholarship may be used at a two or four year college or university.
Applicants must plan to work toward a degree in a field of agriculture or agri-business. Potential fields of study may include but are not limited to production agriculture, horticulture, conservation, ag education, engineering, mechanization, sales & services, ag health, veterinary science,
