Cherokee native Alissa Dunn recently began her hair styling career at a local salon. Dunn, a 2010 graduate of Cherokee Washington High School and recent graduate of La' James International College in Fort Dodge, is currently renting a chair at South Beach Beauty Salon, located in the back of Tropical Touches at 515 West Main Street, and she is looking forward to making a career here in Cherokee.
