Kathy, a Registered Nurse who has worked in Surgery at the Cherokee Regional Medical Center for the last 12 years, became interested in Advocare products last winter.

She has an aunt who is an Advocare distributor, and Kathy and her son Matt, who was a senior at Washington High School at the time, sat down and watched a video on Advocare's Weight Loss products because Matt had asked his mom for help with his problems of being overweight, tired, and lacking energy.

After watching the video, the two agreed to order the Advocare "24 day Challenge" program, and following that program helped Matt lose 28 pounds during those 24 days.

Matt, who is now a freshman at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, has now lost a total of 59 pounds, has more energy than he did previously, and consequently feels more like exercising than he once did.

Kathy, who has no plans to quit working as a nurse, will be working with her distributorship on a part-time basis. At this time, she plans to be in her office, which is located on the lower level of the Cherokee Family Practice building, on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, but she says she would also see clients by appointment. She can be reached at 712-229-1618.

Woodall said her plan is to get an initial weight on all clients, and counsel with them about their current lifestyle, including eating and exercise. She recommends a lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise for everyone, with the assistance of supplements if needed. She will help clients learn more about the products she distributes, and will have products available for purchase.
