She was an honorable mention all-conference selection as a freshman and sophomore while also earning all-conference honors in volleyball and softball. Foresman is a member of the National Honor Society and plans to major in exercise science at Northwestern. She is the daughter of Lee and Gina Foresman of Cleghorn.
"Kayla is a welcomed addition to the Northwestern College community and our basketball program," commented head coach Chris Yaw of the three-time NAIA Division 3 National Champion Red Raiders.
"She has demonstrated commitment and hard work both athletically and academically while in high school. Kayla is a person of character both on and off the court and she will be a great fit for Northwestern and our women's basketball program."
